Dear Clients, 

I am very sorry to have to close my private practice permanently. I have made the difficult decision to do this due to health conditions that make it impossible to continue providing you with the best care. 

I apologise profusely that it has taken this length of time to bring matters to a close. This is due to the surprise nature of the problem and treatments that I have had to have. You can never know what is around the corner! 

I have also been looking to ensure that you have alternative healthcare options.

There will be a named person to whom the majority of my previous cases will be suitable to see. This is someone that I have trained up and mentored and who will be using the same support staff to give you some continuity (02037510304).
I will not be performing surgery or seeing any patients. I will no longer be able to monitor previous email inboxes. If you need copies of notes or have any questions, do still contact me via the same office until January 2025.
